• Blood pressure, full lipid panels, glucose results

• Free 1st mental and physical telehealth visit

• Genetic testing

Moncrief Cancer Institute:

• Prostate Exams

THR Mobile Health Unit:

• Mammograms

• Well Woman Exams

• Take Home Colon Cancer Test Kits

Eligibility for Mammography Screening:

• Women 40 years of age and older

• Have no personal history of breast cancer

• Do not have breast implants

• Have no known breast lumps or other breast problems

• Are not pregnant or haven’t breastfed in the last 6 months

• Have not received a mammogram in the past 12 months

The Health and Wellness Collective presents: Body Talks, a self connection and body awareness workshop.

Uggh! Is this normal? I workout. I eat well. Why do I feel blah-zay. I work on being healthy....but I feel stuck. 

These simple questions will be explored in Body Talk - an interactive 3 part workshop with hosts, Dr. Shekinah Sharpe and Dr. Kayla Dozier.

They will guide you in the art of listening to your body while creating healing within your own life. No matter your age, frustration or hopeless health state, your body still has the ability to heal - if you allow it. You will leave this workshop with practical tools empowering you to take control of your health.

DP Boxing is back at it again! This time with our anime series! Cosplay with us in your favorite anime outfit as we bring anime fights to life! Come out to support our amateur boxers and other local up and coming fighters from the city!

Total Wellness Live is designed to help our community  bridge the gap between mental, emotional physical wellness. We do so by engaging subject matter experts on all things wellness. Calling all men!!!! Monday Night Flex is a workout created for men by men.

Every 3rd Monday. This month Sacred Lotus will provide a relaxing night through sound bowl meditation.

The prevalence of uterine fibroids presents a considerable health obstacle for women of all races. Those with fibroids frequently suffer from pelvic pain, frequent urination, anemia, infertility, miscarriage, and heavy menstrual bleeding. Despite its widespread occurrence, uterine fibroids are underfunded and under-discussed in the medical community, leaving women with limited options for treatment.

To encourage women to speak with their OB/GYN about getting an updated screening for uterine fibroids and the best treatment options to protect their health, we are offering a Self-Care Fair. Please join us for FREE food & giveaways (while supplies last), FREE kids haircuts, vendors, screenings, music, games, and fun!
