Spin + Zen is a collaborative effort that offers an elevated total body workout that fuses spin, circuit training + deep stretch. Our sessions are an inclusive safe space that celebrates body positivity, mental health, and community.

The sessions are broken down as follows:

30-min Spin | E'Lyn, Studio E Fitt 15-min Tabata Circuit | Dream Performance 15-min Yoga Stretch Session | Enso Apothecary.

These are outdoor sessions. Water is provided. This class is for all levels. Beginners are welcome. We are honored to partner with Studio E Fitt, Dream Performance and Market by Macy's to offer this monthly event.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit local non-profits that align with our mission to improve the overall wellness for all.
